Rhosneigr Property was set up in 2014 to provide an Estate Agency service specialising in the Rhosneigr/Llanfaelog area of Anglesey. We believe that every geographical district has its own market conditions and specialising in a particular location will, by definition, deliver a better service. We are a small dedicated team based in the Village focusing on the needs and aspirations of our clients. Over the last 10 years we have built up a healthy share of the market in our area and this is due to an efficient, responsive service and a pragmatic approach to the process of selling your home. Every transaction is different and we deal with each instruction individually tailoring our service to the particular requirements of our clients. The scale of the business gives us agility and we pride ourselves in providing a rapid response to enquiries whether they are for valuations or viewings. Usually within a couple of hours but always the same day. In terms of marketing we achieve global coverage with the use of Rightmove, the largest online platform available. In addition to this our specific local experience and knowledge means that generally we would have a list of interested parties and are often able to generate offers ahead of formal marketing.
